Dear Midtown Home Improvements,

          Mom and I are quite happy with the new Cellular PVC Deck that was installed.  We didn’t know what to specify when placing our order with Mr. Robert Workman (our salesperson) only to request a deck about the same size as our deteriorating wood deck.  Our funds were limited, but Mr. Workman promised Midtown would replace the old deck with a beautiful one that we would be very proud of.  So we put our trust in your company. 

           Midtown was very helpful to me while acquiring my loan; they assisted me in finding a low rate and obtained my permit for construction which helped so that I didn’t have to take off from work. During the frame construction of the deck, I had many questions.  The building crew was very polite and answered all my questions.   I also had questions for the salesperson and requested Mr. Workman to meet with me and bring the model once again so I was sure I was getting the exact colors we had picked.  He never hesitated and immediately complied.  Like my old deck, they put on a lower tier but they also added some trim to give it pizzazz.  All frame wood was covered; even the pillars below.     

           Due to rain, it took about a week to finish the construction.  My neighbors are giving me wonderful comments on the deck about the beauty and craftsmanship and tell me it adds value to my house. Family members are pleasantly surprised when they visit and check out the construction on top and under the deck.  They tell us that the company took very good care of us.
